A little background – My mom and I moved to the United States from Taiwan when I was 4 years old, and I grew up in the ‘burbs of Atlanta, Georgia. We traveled back and forth between Atlanta and Taiwan every year.
I learned my cooking from my mom, who is amazing at making home cooked meals that are both delicious and easy – and both Asian and American cuisine!
Fast forward to 2013, I said, why not start blogging about my favorite thing in the world? And boom – Oh Snap! Let’s Eat! was born. So, this is my food blog where I share our recipes! A lot of home cooked style Asian and American meals that are both easy and delicious.
